Hi , I am working as a process associate with Sunknowledge. I always call BCBS of IL for the claims status but I am not able to crack the IVR when the IVR asks for claim number . How to crack that IVR for BCBS of IL. Please help
Please try to enter the claim number that is available on Availity portal. Because sometimes system shows additional number at the start that is not available on Availity and follow the IVR instructions to enter letter as well.
I also have a request . Please try to make a list of current appeal fax number and appeal Mailing address for all the Insurance. This will definitely help us all.
