Delete1. Don't tell them that you are looking for 'Claim Status' instead say, you are looking for 'Bill Status'. They usually do not understand what you are asking when you say the term 'Claim Status'.
2. It is difficult to get the answer to every question mentioned on the AR Scenario that you normally get while working on other insurances. Because even they don't have the complete details. So, just document all the information that you get.
