    2. can u explain, i tried to looking Eligibility "Subscriber SSN or Card ID" may i know what is Card ID is it Policy ID and one more is "Subscriber Group" how could we get those...

    1. This insurance handles claims for patients who are in custody. If you are going to connect with such insurance then below are a few tips,

      1. Don't tell them that you are looking for 'Claim Status' instead say, you are looking for 'Bill Status'. They usually do not understand what you are asking when you say the term 'Claim Status'.
      2. It is difficult to get the answer to every question mentioned on the AR Scenario that you normally get while working on other insurances. Because even they don't have the complete details. So, just document all the information that you get.
