Payment Validator tool will help you to validator the payment information given on call is correct or not. You just need to enter below information then click on "Balance Amount". The result must be "0", if it is not "0" then it means that the values of Allowed amount, Paid amount and PTR are incorrect.

    Okay, got it. Thanks for the clarification. But, I think call scenario for taking eligibility for all the payers will be same. For example: policy effective date, termed date and eligible under the specific coverage type (medical, dental etc) or not.

    It may include other questions as well which will be client specific asks. But, We will create the call scenario on this and we will include the general asks into it that is policy effective date, termed date and coverage type. If you want us to include any other details then please share those. We can review and add if those are suitable.
