- You can inquire claim status for 3 different claims at a time.
- You can select any option among Email, phone, fax, and mail for insurance to share the claim status.
- You can also mention the reason for assistance if there is any additional question need to verify or clarify.
- It also provides an option to upload an attachment as well.

ReplyDeleteWe have confirmed again with the reps of Absolute Solutions and they denied to provide claim status on call. Need to fill form on website as mentioned above.

ReplyDeleteYou need to check the diagnosis code if the DX is related to an auto accident then State Farm will be the primary & Medicare will be the secondary insurance. Please note that when billing to Medicare as secondary after the processing of State Farm then always update the MSP code.
DeleteIf the DX is not related to an auto accident then Medicare will be the primary insurance. Non auto accident claims should not be billed to Auto insurance(State Farm).
